ADAM GOSCIK
Director
With over 20 years of experience and a proven track record in the fenestration industry, Adam oversees all aspects of the business, from design to staff management, production to lead generation and marketing. He is also responsible for the overall operations of the business and is continuously improving AluWorks’ products and services by integrating new technologies and solutions. He works closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects adhere to industry standards and regulations.
JACK ZAJAC
Jack joined the company in May 2024 as Production Manager, bridging the gap between fabrication, office, and design teams. With over 15 years of experience in aluminium fenestration, Jack’s expertise, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills ensures the smooth and efficient execution of our projects. His work ethic is unrivalled coupled with strong coordination skills across the departments make him an asset to the team.
ADA POLANSKA
OFFICE MANAGER
Ada is a dedicated and results-driven Office Manager with a HR background. She manages the daily office operations to ensure smooth workflows and on-time project completion. Known for her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach, Ada is committed to supporting both management and staff, driving the company’s success through efficient administrative support.
DAWID LIS
Dawid joined our team in April 2024, bringing 8 years of experience working with Logikal in estimation and project coordination. He is responsible for processing tender drawings, accurately pricing projects, and managing material procurement to ensure smooth operations. Beyond estimation, Dawid plays a key role in preparing production phases, carefully extracting fine and critical details to ensure accuracy and efficiency. With strong expertise in fabrication, he works closely with clients and design teams to develop cost-effective and precise solutions. He also provides a valuable support to our Production Manager, Jack, helping to streamline the transition from estimation to production. His attention to detail and commitment to accuracy make him an integral part of our team.
DAMIAN BOGUCKI
Damian joined the company with over 13 years of experience in the window and door industry. Having been involved in every stage of the process—from estimation and fabrication to installation—he possesses a deep understanding of the industry’s technical and commercial aspects. His keen eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to optimize costs while maintaining quality make him a key asset to the team. With a strong work ethic and commitment to efficiency, Damian ensures that every project is accurately assessed and delivered to the highest standards.
